Update, try live

When you know that your job is an ant's job.

The advantage when you’re a web developer and the site you’ve launched still has very little traffic – I’m talking about the one you’re looking at now – is that I can fine-tune the site day by day. I’ve just changed my site’s home page, and I’m glad I did. I was racking my brains over how to make the best possible home page. It’s the most important page. I think I’ve found the balance that will allow me, when I’ve finished coding my site’s shop, to be able to highlight it on the home page.

When I started this site, the idea was to quickly set up a space where I could share my day-to-day vision of art, my inspirations, my evolution… Me, in fact!

Because if you put all your content on instagram, you have a huge chance of being lost in the algorithm, whereas if you have your own site, your own space, you’ll stay on all the search engines for life. So it’s hard, you have to produce every day, but it teaches you discipline, and above all beyond that, you define your branding, your vision.

On Instagram, it’s almost impossible to find precise content, and when you arrive on a profile, there’s only one imposed reading direction, so it’s quite restrictive, but don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying you shouldn’t use Instagram, on the contrary, you should use it to redirect people to your site, to your business.

I already know that my work on this site will only bear fruit in 6 months and only if I keep up a rhythm.

I’ve got a long way to go, but I’ve got the sun at my back.
