The keys to boredom

I’ve got the keys to my art studio!

I’m slowly starting to set up, as I’ve always missed having a big table to create on. I immediately went to the hardware store 5 minutes away to get the measurements of my future table, which I’ll pick up on Monday.

There’s a kitchen, I’m missing an armchair to read in when I run out of inspiration, I try as much as possible to find my inspiration elsewhere than on instagram and pinterest. After all, everyone’s doing it, so maybe it’s time to look elsewhere? At the same time, I find that an image seen on a book doesn’t have the same impact as if it had been seen on a screen.

The good news is that there’s no wifi in my art studio. Yes, that’s good news, it’s going to stop me procrastinating considerably.

It’s easy to forget that boredom allows you to create things.
