Painting with gouache sticks

I bought myself some solid gouache in sticks. First of all I wanted to try them for my underpainting before going all in with oil pastel… BUT as I was outside with some A3 sized paper… why don’t I try them?!

It’s my very first plein air painting, and it was very pleasant to do and my daughters love my painting 😍

Can’t wait to try them with oil pastel 👌🏾 I will apply an underpainting gouache, and after it dries, I will liberate my creativity with oil pastel.
